How to use the Organize PDF
- Add a PDF. Every page is shown as a small picture with buttons underneath.
- Drag a page onto another to move it, or use the arrows to move it one place earlier or later.
- Turn pages with the turn button, and mark pages for deleting with the bin (press it again to keep the page).
- Press "Save PDF" and download the new file.
Organize PDF combines Rotate PDF, Remove PDF Pages and reordering in one place. It is ideal after merging several files, or when a scanner fed pages in the wrong order.
Every control is a button as well, so pages can be moved with the keyboard or by touch on a phone, where dragging is awkward. "Undo all changes" returns to the original order.
The result is a new PDF with copies of your pages in the new order, at the original quality.

- PDFs up to 50 MB each. Very large files need a lot of memory; a computer handles them best.
- Password-protected or restricted PDFs are not opened here: unlock them first with Unlock PDF if you know the password.
- Bookmarks and form fields are not copied into the new file.

Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened, changed and saved by your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to File Perks or anyone else, so confidential documents stay with you.
How do I move a page on a phone?
Use the arrow buttons under the page: each press moves it one place earlier or later.
Can I undo a change?
Press the bin again to keep a page, turn a page further to undo a turn, or press "Undo all changes" to start from the original order.
Is my original file changed?
No. A new PDF is made; your original stays as it was.
